Return Policy

All of our pieces are made to order and therefore are FINAL SALE. You are not able to cancel your order. Any change requests must be made within 12 hours of when the order is placed by emailing info@thebeads.ca.  You will be charged at the time the order is placed.

What are your products made of?

Each item has different components such as gold, sterling silver, freshwater pearls, and hematite (to name a few). If you have a specific question or concern, please do not hesitate to email us at info@thebeads.ca

Are the bracelets stretchy?

Yes! Most of our single strand bracelets are made using an elasticized string unless there is a clasp.  Please take great care when wearing your bracelets. See care instructions.

Can I design my own jewellery and can you help me?

Of course! We would be happy to help! Please contact info@thebeads.ca for assistance!

How do I measure my Bracelet size?

Measure your wrist how you would like your bracelet to fit. Using a piece of string and a tape measure works great! Make sure not to measure skin tight.

Where can I find the latest information on Beauty and the Beads such as style release dates, pre-sales and promotions?

When will my order ship?

Orders will ship as soon as they are completed. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Shipping times can vary depending on order size/quantity. Orders typically ship within 2-3 weeks (4-5 weeks for custom apparel) however we will do our best to try to get them to you sooner.

Will I get a confirmation of my purchase?

Yes! Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Once the item has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You will receive an email with your tracking info once your order has shipped!

My tracking says delivered, but I don't have my package?

Beauty and the Beads is not liable for issues caused by the shipping company or theft; however, we will do everything we can to help locate it.

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from Toronto, Canada.

Do you ship internationally?

Of course! However, we are not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes, or other fees placed on international shipments.

The item I received is flawed. What should I do?

If you find an issue with your order, please e-mail info@thebeads.ca within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please include photographs of the defects so we can better assist you. Repairs and replacements work on a case-by- case basis and will be dealt with accordingly.

My bracelet broke, can you fix it?

With normal wear and proper care (see care instructions) our bracelets should not break. In the event that your bracelet breaks, please contact us and we will review the damage on a case-by-case basis.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards at point of sale

Shipping

Due to the custom nature of our products, orders are typically processed within  2-3 weeks (4-5 weeks for custom apparel), excluding weekends, holidays and promotional periods. We ship Canada Post Express with Tracking and Insurance. Customers outside of Canada are responsible for the payment of any additional fees, customs, duties & taxes upon delivery. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. No Local Pick up available at this time.
